KIA (USA) LMS

Problem:

Kia Moters USA was unsatisfied with their traditional training methods and it's cost. Traditional training was expensive and it was also very difficult to get reports on the success of the training.

Solution:

Creating on online university for the dealership network was the ideal solution. Key requirements were ease of use for a wide variety of users from mechanics to managers, flexibility, and SCORM (Shareable Content Object Reference Model) compliancy. We were tasked with developing the assesment management component. Since tests would be created by a variety of users the interface had to be friendly and easy to use. The LMS was extremely successful and delivered 45,000 tests in the first year alone.
