Problem:
Asia Consultant's is an HR training company. They came to us with an idea to help automate training follow up support. As consultants they are always customizing their program to match their client's needs so the challenge is how to make it flexible enough for them to design a program that will match all their program's different requirements.
Solution:
We developed a training support system that provides multiple online classes for multiple companies consisting of time or event triggered tasks. Each task can consist of multiple question types, video uploads, document uploads and downloads. The tasks can be set to be event or time based and email functionality is fully integrated to provide notifications. Clients have found the system user friendly and Asia Consultant's relies on it to manage multiple programs.
